Note: Filing a false counter-notification may result in legal liability. Consider seeking legal advice before submitting a counter-notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also suspend accounts of users who are the subject of repeated DMCA or other infringement notifications.

Factors we consider when determining whether to suspend or terminate an account include the number of notifications received, the reliability of those notifications, and other relevant factors.

Safe Harbor Provision

Pigmenta qualifies for the "safe harbor" provisions of the DMCA, which provide protection for online service providers that comply with DMCA requirements. This means we are not liable for copyright infringement by our users, provided we follow the proper DMCA procedures.
